Do you supply cleaning materials, or should customers bring their own?We will provide cleaning supplies and professional equipment for cleaning your space. However, we kindly ask our customers to provide their own paper towels and trash bags. If you have any specific product preferences or allergies, please confirm this information with our scheduling team at the time of booking. What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning, kindly notify our office as soon as possible to avoid any charges. Please note that a fee of 50% of the cleaning price will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Similarly, a charge for the full cleaning fee will be applied for cancellations made on the day of the service. If your cleaning is scheduled for the weekend or Monday, please request a cancellation by Friday, as our office is closed on weekends. How and when do I pay for the cleaning service?Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Unless you choose to receive a monthly invoice. After completing the service, our online system will send you a payment link by text that you can use to pay online with your bank account or credit card.
