In the event that you find yourself needing to cancel a scheduled cleaning, kindly notify our office as soon as possible to avoid any charges.

 

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a fee of 50% of the cleaning price.

 

Similarly, cancellations made on the day of the service will result in a charge for the full cleaning fee.

 

If your cleaning is scheduled for the weekend or Monday, we kindly request that you request a cancellation by Friday as our office is closed on weekends.
